Who we are
Bingocore B.V. (“Bingocore”, “we”, “us”) is a private company incorporated in the Netherlands. We provide a B2B multiplayer bingo platform for licensed casino operators. We do not operate consumer-facing bingo sites and we do not market to, or knowingly collect data from, end players or minors through this website.
For any privacy enquiry, you can reach us at legal@bingocore.com.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal data we process as a data controller in the context of the bingocore.com website, the demo-request form and direct sales conversations with prospective and existing operator contacts.
Where Bingocore processes player data on behalf of an operator customer (for example, identifiers passed to our platform so a player can join a game), Bingocore acts as a data processor. That processing is governed by the data processing agreement (DPA) signed with the operator, not by this website privacy policy. Players should refer to the privacy notice of the operator whose site they are using.
Data we collect on this website
The bingocore.com website is a marketing site. We only collect personal data in two situations:
- When you submit the demo request form. We collect the work email, company name, role and markets you operate in, plus any information you choose to share when we follow up by email.
- When you contact us by email. We process the email address you write from and the content of your message.
We also process limited technical data automatically — IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited — solely to operate the site, prevent abuse and understand aggregate traffic. This site does not have user accounts, login, registration, dashboards, payments or any consumer-facing transactions.
How we use your data
We use personal data we collect through this website to:
- Respond to demo requests and B2B commercial enquiries
- Send follow-up communications and product information you have asked for
- Operate, secure and improve the website
- Prevent fraud, spam and abuse of our forms and infrastructure
- Meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations applicable to Bingocore
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertising networks. We do not build consumer advertising profiles. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for B2B sales outreach, responding to demo requests, securing the site and understanding aggregate traffic. Our interest is to develop our business with operator customers in a way that is proportionate and that you would reasonably expect.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — when you ask for information ahead of a possible commercial relationship.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we are required to retain or disclose information by Dutch or EU law.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — only where we explicitly ask for it, for example for any non-essential cookies or marketing emails that require opt-in in your jurisdiction. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and equivalent local storage needed to operate the site (for example, to remember accessibility preferences and to mitigate abusive traffic). We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on bingocore.com.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google may process your IP address as part of delivering the font. We do not provide any other personal data to Google through the website.
Service providers we use
We share personal data only with vetted service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent strictly necessary. These typically include infrastructure and hosting providers, email delivery providers, CRM and sales-tooling providers, and our professional advisers (legal, accounting, auditors). Each of them is bound by a contract that restricts the use of personal data to what we have instructed.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy decision where available, or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses combined with supplementary measures where needed. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by writing to legal@bingocore.com.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. As a guideline:
- Demo-request and prospect data — kept for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless we have entered into a commercial relationship.
- Customer relationship data — kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by Dutch statutory retention rules (typically up to 7 years for accounting records).
- Website server logs — kept for a short rolling window (typically up to 30 days) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email legal@bingocore.com. We will respond within the time frames required by applicable law (typically one month under GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Dutch authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not engage in consumer-style profiling for advertising.
Security
We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data — including access controls, encryption in transit, segregated environments per operator customer for production data, and logging of administrative actions. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we treat personal data with the same care we apply to operator and player data on the platform itself.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences — operator personnel evaluating a B2B platform. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be flagged on this page, and the “last updated” date above will be revised.
