By accessing bingocore.com or submitting a demo request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Bingocore B.V. is a B2B provider; our services are offered to licensed casino operators and their authorised personnel only.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business evaluation of our platform. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
- Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission
- Scrape, mirror or republish content for commercial use without consent
- Misrepresent your affiliation or submit false contact information
- Use the site in violation of applicable gaming, export or sanctions laws
Platform services
Access to production or sandbox environments, APIs, documentation under NDA and operator backoffice features requires a signed commercial agreement. Preview or evaluation access may be revoked at any time. Service levels, support scope and liability are defined in that agreement, not on this page.
Intellectual property
The Bingocore name, logos, software, documentation and site content are owned by Bingocore B.V. or its licensors. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in a written contract. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Technical materials shared under NDA remain confidential. You agree not to disclose non-public product information, pricing or architecture details except to your advisers under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
Disclaimers
The website and any preview environments are provided “as is” for information purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of marketing pages. Certification status and regulatory suitability depend on jurisdiction and your licence — operators remain responsible for their own compliance decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bingocore B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use. Our aggregate liability for website-related claims is limited to €100 unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction for non-B2B use (which is not the intended audience of this site).
